They seek more leisure and enjoyment of the countryside, as well as profitable businesses. And everything indicates that interest in the rural world in Spain will increase. On the one hand, because it offers interesting returns (of 5% or more), since the price of rural land remains very attractive and it is possible to exploit vegetable gardens, CO2 sinks or everything related to sustainability or organic crops.
